How to place an order
Telephone 01784 420459 or email us using our 'Contact Us' form. We cannot process an order until we have a deposit or payment in full which must be cash or cheque. (We regret that we cannot accept cards at present). Once we have processed your order we will telephone or email to confirm. Iif you have not received confirmation a problem may have occurred with your order reaching us.
We ask for one week’s notice on all cakes but on occasion’s we may be able to make a cake sooner so please still enquire. However for wedding cakes the more notice you can give us the better.
Our cancellation policy is that once a deposit has been cashed it cannot be refunded & cancellation with less than 3 days notice we will still require the full payment.
All orders must be processed before 3.00pm or it will count as the following day & all cancellation must be made before 12.00 noon via email, fax or in writing.
FAQs
What are your Opening Times?
We are open from 7.00am to 5.30pm. Cakes must be picked up by 5.00pm if possible.
We are not open Sunday’s or Bank Holidays except Good Friday.
Can you deliver?
We can deliver to local areas for a small additional charge depending on the day and availability of our drivers.
Do you have an ordering/cancellation policy?
We require 7 working days notice on ordering a cake. Depending on the volume of work at the time we can in some cases complete a cake order in 2 days, however you can order your cake as far in advance as you like. For details of our cancellation policy please see above.
How many portions will I get out of my cake?

How do I pay?
If you are placing your order by email or telephone you will need to send a cheque to either cover full payment or a deposit, once the cheque is received we will process your order, if the cheque does not cover full payment we would require the outstanding balance on collection. However if we are delivering we would need full payment before hand.
What if I want something that isn’t on your website?
We always rise to a challenge! Making individual cakes is what we are best at. Send us your ideas by email along with how many guests you need to feed and we will reply with a price and design, alternatively visit one of our shops where a member of staff can help with your request.
